Ingredients
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) oleo
- 1 c. each: granulated and firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (11.5 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Beat oleo, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Beat eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool 2 minutes.
- Remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack.
- Makes 4 dozen.
