Ingredients
- 1 (10 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 c. celery, diced or sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Cook veggies as directed.
- Drain and add celery, onions, cheese and mayonnaise.
- Top with cracker crumbs that have melted with margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
