- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/4 c. peanut butter, divided
- 4 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), at room temperature
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- peanut butter and peanut brittle for garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Coat 9-inch spring-form pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- For crust:
- In bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup peanut butter.
- Press onto bottom and 3/4 way up sides of pan; freeze 15 minutes.
