Ingredients
- 1 lb. soft butter
- 2 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 2 boxes confectioners sugar
- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/8 lb. paraffin wax
Method
- Blend peanut butter and butter well.
- Add sugar until creamy. Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Freeze firm.
- Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.
- Dip balls in chocolate using toothpicks and let sit on wax paper a few minutes.
- Keep most frozen as you are dipping.
- Only take a few out at a time.
- They dip better if frozen.
- Serves lots.
