Ingredients

  • 1 lb. soft butter
  • 2 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 2 boxes confectioners sugar
  • 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/8 lb. paraffin wax

Method

  • Blend peanut butter and butter well.
  • Add sugar until creamy. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Freeze firm.
  • Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.
  • Dip balls in chocolate using toothpicks and let sit on wax paper a few minutes.
  • Keep most frozen as you are dipping.
  • Only take a few out at a time.
  • They dip better if frozen.
  • Serves lots.
