Ingredients
- 2 c. Karo syrup
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 2 c. raw peanuts
Method
- Bring Karo syrup, sugar and salt to a boil. Add raw peanuts, stirring constantly. When liquid turns caramel colored, add 1 teaspoon soda and stir well.
- Pour onto lightly greased (Pam) heavy duty tinfoil.
- Let set until cold.
- Break into pieces by tapping with handle of butter knife.
