Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. cut-up chicken
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1 jar Russian dressing
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix soup, preserves, dressing, salt and pepper.
- Pour over chicken parts in a flat pan.
- Cover and bake at 300° for 1 3/4 hours; uncover for another 1/2 hour.
- Serve with rice, noodles and a salad.
