Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 3 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. peach schnapps
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale
Method
- In saucepan, boil sugar and 2 cups water for 3 minutes, cool. In nonmetal container combine sugar mixture, concentrates, 3 cups water, schnapps and lemon juice.
- Cover and freeze.
- Spoon 1/2 cup slush into glass, stir in 1/2 cup ginger ale.
