Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. peach schnapps
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale

Method

  • In saucepan, boil sugar and 2 cups water for 3 minutes, cool. In nonmetal container combine sugar mixture, concentrates, 3 cups water, schnapps and lemon juice.
  • Cover and freeze.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup slush into glass, stir in 1/2 cup ginger ale.
