Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine ingredients.
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Drain 1 (15 ounce) can peaches (fresh is good too), saving 3 tablespoons juice.
- Pour peaches over mixture.
- Mix and beat 2 to 3 minutes 1 ounce package cream cheese, 3 tablespoons peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Spoon cheese mixture to 1 inch of edge of pie plate.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.
- Cool and refrigerate.
