Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can peach pie filling
- whipped cream
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add crushed crackers, vanilla and chopped nuts.
- Mix well.
- Pour into well-buttered 8 x 12-inch pan.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
- After cool, pour 1 can peach pie filling over top.
- Top with whipped cream.
