Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 3/4 lb. peaches, peeled and sliced (3 c.)
- 1 c. whole, low-fat or skim milk
Method
- Heat sugar and water to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and syrup; cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to blender. Add peaches; blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- Stir in milk, then freeze.
