- 3-750ml bottles of dry Reisling
- 4 1/2 c. white cranberry-peach juice
- 1 1/2 c. peach schnapps
- 9 T. fresh lemon juice
- 6 T. sugar
- 1 1/2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise and using pulp only
- 6 1/2" thick lemon slices
- 6 1/2" thick orange slices
- 1 can peach slices, drained
- 1 c. fresh raspberries
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients. Scrape seeds/pulp from vanilla beans, then add to juices. Stir. Add fruit. Chill overnight.
- Serve over ice.
