Ingredients
- 1 1/2 gal. puree of fresh peaches
- 3/4 gal. water
- 1 fifth champagne
- 1 qt. ginger ale
- 3 c. fresh peach slices
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen concentrated orange juice
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Method
- Mix together puree, water and juices.
- Immediately before serving, add ginger ale and champagne and float peach slices in bowl as garnish.
- If punch starts to lose its color, add red and yellow food coloring, a drop at a time.
- Serves 50.
