Ingredients
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. fresh peaches or other fruit
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- In a deep heat resistant bowl or loaf pan, melt margarine.
- Mix together flour, 1/2 cup sugar and milk.
- Mix separately the fruit and 1 cup sugar.
- Pour batter in margarine.
- Pour fruit on top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
