Ingredients

  • 1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients.
  • Gently fold in artichokes.
  • Spoon into a 1-quart casserole coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with assorted raw vegetables or low-fat crackers.
  • Yields 3 1/4 cups.
