- 1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Gently fold in artichokes.
- Spoon into a 1-quart casserole coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with assorted raw vegetables or low-fat crackers.
- Yields 3 1/4 cups.
