Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 c. sliced, peeled peaches
- 2 egg yolks or 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Mix 1 1/3 cups flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Cut in butter with 2 knives until crumbly.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons sour cream. Turn into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or 10-inch quiche.
- Pat evenly, making crust.
- Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
