Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- 2 c. nonfat buttermilk
- 1 small, ripe banana, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. honey
Method
- Wash and cap strawberries; drain well.
- Place strawberries in a single layer in a shallow pan.
- Freeze.
- Combine remaining ingredients in electric blender; process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Yields 4 1/2 cups (59 calories per 1/2-cup serving).
