Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 box peach Jell-O
- sliced peaches
- baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
- Cool Whip
Method
- Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
- Add water.
- Stir well.
- Put in microwave and cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in Jell-O. Let cool.
- Add peaches and sugar if they are bitter.
- Pour in pie shell.
- Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
