Ingredients
- 29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
Method
- Arrange peach slices in an 8 inch square dish or pan.
- Set aside.
- Combine next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix well. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Sprinkle over peaches.
- Bake uncovered at 400° for 18 to 20
- minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
