Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened

Method

  • Arrange peach slices in an 8 inch square dish or pan.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix well. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  • Sprinkle over peaches.
  • Bake uncovered at 400° for 18 to 20
  • minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
