Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 bag small marshmallows
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 envelope Dream Whip, prepared
Method
- Mix Jell-O and water.
- Let stand until jelled slightly (thick, but not solid).
- In the meantime, drain pineapple very well and soak marshmallows in this until Jell-O is ready. When Jell-O is ready to be beaten, beat until it is foamy. Whip the cream very well. Fold into the Jell-O the pineapple, whipped cream, marshmallows and juice.
- Put into an 8 x 8-inch dish or pan and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Cut, serve and enjoy.
