Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) and 1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) peach jello
- 4 1/2 c. sliced fresh peaches or any fresh fruit (strawberries are another favorite)
Method
- Use a 9-inch pre-made crust.
- Cream together cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and sour cream.
- Place on bottom of pie crust.
