Ingredients

  • 1 box. yellow cake mix
  • 1 can peach pie filling (1 lb. 5 oz.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, peach filling, lemon extract and nuts.
  • Blend at low speed until completely moistened, about one minute.
  • Beat two minutes at medium speed.
  • Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Add topping and bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
