Ingredients
- 1 box. yellow cake mix
- 1 can peach pie filling (1 lb. 5 oz.)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, peach filling, lemon extract and nuts.
- Blend at low speed until completely moistened, about one minute.
- Beat two minutes at medium speed.
- Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Add topping and bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
