Ingredients
- 1 tea kettle boiling water
- 1 pkg. frozen petit peas
- minced onion to taste
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place frozen peas in strainer; pour boiling water over peas. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Cubed Cheddar cheese can be used. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour.
