Ingredients
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
Method
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice, soy sauce, coriander, curry powder and pepper in a 1 1/2-quart rectangular baking dish.
- Turn chicken breasts in sauce to coat all sides.
- Cover and marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
