Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 10 1/2 oz. mini marshmallows
- 12 pkg. peanut butter chips
- 2/3 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
Method
- Mix cake mix with 2/3 cup margarine and 1 egg. Press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Add mini marshmallows on top and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool completely. In medium saucepan, melt together peanut butter chips, 2/3 cup Karo syrup and 1/4 cup butter. Pour over marshmallows. Top with 1 cup chopped peanuts.
