Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • No. 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Blend first 9 ingredients.
  • Combine last 4 ingredients in saucepan; heat.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Mix with other mixture.
  • Make into balls.
  • Place on pan or cookie sheet.
  • Put in freezer overnight.
  • Put in plastic bag; return to freezer.
  • Use as needed. When ready to cook, place in baking dish on cooked spaghetti with catsup over top (generously).
  • Bake 1 hour and serve.
