Ingredients
- 3 to 4 qt. cukes
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 large onions
- 4 c. vinegar (5%)
- 6 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
Method
- Wash and cut cucumbers thin.
- Dice rest of vegetables.
- Pour vinegar, sugar and salt over vegetable mixture; let set awhile. Stir several times.
- When juice is drawn (4 hours or overnight), package and freeze.
- To thaw, thaw in refrigerator.
- Cucumbers will be crisp when thawed.
