Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • parsley flakes

Method

  • Place cheeses in mixer bowl and let stand until softened.
  • Add onion and Worcestershire sauce and blend on low speed.
  • Beat until fluffy, scraping bowl often.
  • Cover and chill 8 hours or more. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in parsley flakes to garnish. Chill 2 hours until firm.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers.
