Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. Blue cheese
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- parsley flakes
Method
- Place cheeses in mixer bowl and let stand until softened.
- Add onion and Worcestershire sauce and blend on low speed.
- Beat until fluffy, scraping bowl often.
- Cover and chill 8 hours or more. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in parsley flakes to garnish. Chill 2 hours until firm.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
