Ingredients

  • 9 oz. Hershey's chocolate (with or without almonds; 1 large plus 1 small bar)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 graham cracker crust or 9-inch pie shell, baked

Method

  • Melt chocolate bars in a double boiler.
  • Slowly stir in milk and mix well.
  • Add marshmallows,
  • a few at a time, until all are melted.
  • Remove
  • mixture from heat and cool thoroughly at room temperature.
  • When cool
  • to
  • touch,
  • fold in whipped cream
  • and pour
  • into baked
  • pie
  • shell.
  • Chill
  • well before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
