Ingredients
- 9 oz. Hershey's chocolate (with or without almonds; 1 large plus 1 small bar)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 graham cracker crust or 9-inch pie shell, baked
Method
- Melt chocolate bars in a double boiler.
- Slowly stir in milk and mix well.
- Add marshmallows,
- a few at a time, until all are melted.
- Remove
- mixture from heat and cool thoroughly at room temperature.
- When cool
- to
- touch,
- fold in whipped cream
- and pour
- into baked
- pie
- shell.
- Chill
- well before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
