Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sweet English Peas (fresh)
  • 4 ounces, weight Pasta
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Method

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • While you wait for the water to heat up, shell the peas.
  • When the water is boiling, throw in some salt along with the peasbut dont step away, the peas need to cook for only 3045 seconds!
  • Keep an eye on them and remove with a slotted spoon.
  • Set aside.
  • Cook pasta until al dente.
  • Drain, then immediately toss with the peas.
  • Add salt and butter to tastedont be stingy!
