- 1 pound Sweet English Peas (fresh)
- 4 ounces, weight Pasta
- 2 dashes Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- While you wait for the water to heat up, shell the peas.
- When the water is boiling, throw in some salt along with the peasbut dont step away, the peas need to cook for only 3045 seconds!
- Keep an eye on them and remove with a slotted spoon.
- Set aside.
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain, then immediately toss with the peas.
- Add salt and butter to tastedont be stingy!
