Ingredients
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 to 3 c. pecan halves
Method
- In saucepan, combine sugar, milk, cinnamon and butter.
- Bring to a rolling boil.
- Add salt, vanilla and pecans.
- Pour onto foil or wax paper.
- Let dry, then break apart.
