Ingredients

  • 200 grams penne MAGGI Pasta -
  • 1 Maggi Napolitana Pasta Sauce Mix
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves crushed, 1 to 2
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 500 grams marinara mix or mixed seafood,, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup white wine or red

Method

  • Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 11 minutes or until just tender.
  • While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce mix in a bowl. Add the boiling water and whisk until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, paprika and chilli powder and cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.
  • Add the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is almost cooked.
  • Add the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood mixture.
  • Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve immediately.
