Ingredients
- 2 c. macaroni (Garden rotino or Twist Two)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- Italian dressing (free Italian fat-free dressing is good)
- chopped carrots (optional)
- olives (optional)
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small onion or green onions may be used
- chopped tomatoes (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook macaroni according to directions.
- Drain and rinse in cold water.
- This prevents pasta from sticking together.
- Let cool.
- Mix vegetables into macaroni using enough Italian dressing to make pasta moist.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese heavily or to taste over pasta.
- Mix well.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Better after setting for awhile.
