Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. olive oil, approximately
  • lemon
  • garlic clove
  • salt (preferably cracked sea salt)
  • cracked black pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • pasta of your choice (1 lb. box)
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1/2 c. snipped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. freshly snipped parsley

Method

  • Pour olive oil into wooden salad bowl.
  • Squeeze approximately 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into bowl.
  • Whisk together.
  • Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and a pressed clove of garlic to taste. Toss with rest of ingredients and enjoy!
