- 1/2 c. olive oil, approximately
- lemon
- garlic clove
- salt (preferably cracked sea salt)
- cracked black pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- pasta of your choice (1 lb. box)
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1/2 c. snipped sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 c. freshly snipped parsley
Method
- Pour olive oil into wooden salad bowl.
- Squeeze approximately 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into bowl.
- Whisk together.
- Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and a pressed clove of garlic to taste. Toss with rest of ingredients and enjoy!
