Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small dried hot pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce or a good squeeze of tomato paste from a tube
- 1 can Progresso cannellini beans (don't use any other brand, they're not as good)
- pasta (I like to use a Ronzoni product called ditali or ditallini)
Method
- You can use any kind of pasta you have at home (i.e., elbow macaroni, spaghetti, broken into little pieces or linguine same instructions, break up).
- I use a handful per person.
