Ingredients

  • 4 oz. noodles (Fettuccini or Linguini shells)
  • salted water
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 c. sliced canned or fresh sauteed mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. graded parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Cook noodles until half done - 4 minutes - drain, leave in pan.
  • Add cream, butter, garlic, tomato sauce, broccoli.
  • Bring to a boil, medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Stir in mushrooms. Remove from heat.
  • Add parmesan cheese.
