- 4 oz. noodles (Fettuccini or Linguini shells)
- salted water
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. fresh broccoli
- 1/4 c. sliced canned or fresh sauteed mushrooms
- 1/4 c. graded parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook noodles until half done - 4 minutes - drain, leave in pan.
- Add cream, butter, garlic, tomato sauce, broccoli.
- Bring to a boil, medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms. Remove from heat.
- Add parmesan cheese.
