Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned, or 8 filets
- 8 slices bacon
- 16 slices dried beef (I use 24), 3 for each filet
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Place 1/2 chicken breast on 3 slices dried beef.
- Wrap each one with one slice bacon.
- Place in greased or buttered casserole dish (single layer).
- Mix soup and sour cream and spread over chicken.
- Bake 3 1/4 hours at 275°.
