Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, boned and split
- 1/2 slice bacon (wrapped around each piece)
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Place chipped beef in bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Roll up each piece of breast and wrap with bacon secured with toothpick.
- Lay evenly over chipped beef.
- Mix undiluted soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
