Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and chopped red pepper.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
- Makes 2 cups.
