Ingredients
- 8 medium sized potatoes, boiled, with skin on
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. fresh parsley, chopped (do not decrease or omit)
- 2 medium onions, finely minced
Method
- Wash potatoes well.
- Cover with water; boil until tender. Cool, peel and cut in 1/8-inch slices.
- Combine celery seed, mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish and salt.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix parsley and onions.
