Ingredients
- 1 cup ground flax seeds, sees
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic powder
- 12 cup water
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and roll out onto parchment paper until 1/8 inch thick.
- Roll with a pizza cutter into 1 inch squares.
- Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes or until crispy.
