Ingredients
- 6 boneless, chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) 100% grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. each dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. each paprika, salt and black pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Dip chicken in margarine; coat with combined remaining ingredients.
- Place in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
- Spicy: Substitute 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper for black pepper.
- Makes 6 servings.
