Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) 100% grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. each dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. each paprika, salt and black pepper

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Dip chicken in margarine; coat with combined remaining ingredients.
  • Place in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
  • Spicy: Substitute 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper for black pepper.
  • Makes 6 servings.
