Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. 100% grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Spry 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Dip chicken in melted margarine; coat with remaining ingredients.
  • Place in prepared pan.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
  • Makes 6 servings.
