Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Soften yeast in water; cut margarine into sifted flour, sugar and salt.
- Add yeast, egg and milk.
- Beat well.
- Stir in cheese and parsley.
- Put into well-greased 8-inch square pan.
- Cover and let rise until double.
- Dot with margarine and bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
