- 1 (1-pound) flank steak
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle flank steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add steak to pan; cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let steak stand 10 minutes; cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
