Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (remove skin) or your favorite parts
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. parsley, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
Method
- Remove skin and boil chicken.
- Add other ingredients.
- Simmer. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Add to soup.
- Enjoy.
