Ingredients
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 halved chicken breasts
Method
- In a bowl, mix soup and milk; reserve half of mixture.
- In another bowl, mix remaining soup mixture, rice and mushrooms and liquid with half of onion soup mix.
- Pour into shallow casserole. Place chicken on top.
- Pour reserved soup over chicken.
- Sprinkle with remaining onion soup.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more.
