Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken
  • 1 large can flaky biscuits
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • egg noodles
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 potatoes

Method

  • Cook chicken until it slips off the bone easily.
  • Place boned chicken, broth and soup in a large pan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add potatoes and/or noodles.
  • Peel biscuits off in layers and roll in flour. Roll thin and cut into strips and place in boiling broth. Cook fast for about 10 minutes and then turn heat to low and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
