Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 doz. oysters
  • 1/2 c. olive oil with 3 cloves garlic crushed in it
  • 1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method

  • Dip oysters in oil, then in bread crumbs.
  • Lay in buttered baking dish (no more than 2 to a layer).
  • Heat butter, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in saucepan.
  • Pour over oysters, then top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in 450° oven for 20 minutes.
