Ingredients
- 2 1/2 doz. oysters
- 1/2 c. olive oil with 3 cloves garlic crushed in it
- 1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Dip oysters in oil, then in bread crumbs.
- Lay in buttered baking dish (no more than 2 to a layer).
- Heat butter, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in saucepan.
- Pour over oysters, then top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 450° oven for 20 minutes.
