Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup chopped dried apples
  • 2/3 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 2/3 cup flaked coconut

Method

  • Combine honey, flour, milk, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir well. Remove from heat.
  • Add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cover and chill.
