Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stem celery, grated fine
- 1 pt. fresh oysters, drained (save juice)
- 1 qt. whole milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a 4-quart boiler, heat butter, Worcestershire sauce and celery.
- Add oysters.
- Cook until edges curl.
- Add oysters, juice, milk and spices to taste.
- Heat until hot.
- Do not boil.
